At Southern Apothecary we make single strain, small batch hemp extracts from ADAI licensed hemp grown in Alabama. Every batch is quality tested in our Tuscaloosa, Alabama laboratory and third party laboratories to ensure the products we provide are effective and high quality. Hemp extract is different from hemp oil (usually pressed hemp seeds) and CBD oil. Our hemp extract not only contains CBD but also a full spectrum of cannabinoids and terpenes which have been scientifically proven to have increased therapeutic properties over isolates due to the "entourage effect".
